So far so good. 5 stars for the customer service, as my old band broke, and they warrantied it immediately. 4 stars due to the fact that my old band is no longer in production, and since I don't have a smart watch, I had to guess at what size I needed. I chose the Samsung 22 mm band, had to modify it a bit to make it work with my regular watch. Not really a huge issue, and not necessarily the fault of groove; I just wish they had a band specifically for regular watches, as not all of us use/like smart watches.
