    Awesome customer support

    I had my last ring for 4 yrs before I lost it in a snow storm. Unable to find any order confirmation from my original order, I thought I was going to have to buy another at full price. Nope!!! 2 quick emails, and the Groove staff was able to locate my previous order and give me a warranty claim credit. Couldnt be more happy with service and product.
