Sorry to say I had to return my band. At fist I thought it was to short. The short band was returned for the long band. This also didn’t work for me. The connection point is too easy to come apart. It kept on catching and pulling open. I tried to hold down the end flap by adding 2 loops. This didn’t stop the problem. I switched to my fist Gloove Life band, that has a buckle closure.

Much more comfortable than apple band, looks better also
