I've owned and worn this belt for years. The buckle is still as good as it was when I bought it in 2022.
I'm 6ft and 245 lbs. This belt has held up great until recently it finally stretched enough where I had to warranty the belt and that was a simple process.
I will genuinely never own another belt. It's just amazing.

Order the Groove Belt size that matches your pant waist size. Sizes are designed to fit true to waist measurements.
Pant size 30–32 → Size S (Waist 28”–32”)
Pant size 33–34 → Size M (Waist 33”–36”)
Pant size 35–36 → Size M (Waist 33”–36”)
Pant size 37–38 → Size L (Waist 37”–40”)
Should I size up or down if I’m between belt sizes?
If you’re between sizes (for example, a 32 or 36), it’s best to size up for the most comfortable fit and adjust using the tail slack. You can cut off any extra webbing you think is too long. Check out this video on how.

Yes, our OG Groove Belt is available up to XXL, which comfortably fits waist sizes from 50–60+ inches.

Most users will have around 4–5 inches of extra webbing once the belt is buckled. You can trim and reseal if needed.
