No matter what happens, we will cover your Groove Ring with our NO BS Warranty! If your ring gets damaged, cut, stretched, stuck in nuclear waste, eaten by a fish, or even LOST we will replace it! Our mission is to blow your mind and we'll go above and beyond to make you happy!

* If your Groove Ring is defective/damaged or breaks and saves (cue praise hands emoji) your finger, just report it to us within the first year of purchase and we will replace it and cover all shipping. Seriously? Seriously! You're welcome.
* If, after 1 year since purchase, your ring gets damaged, we will replace the ring for FREE but you will be charged a small $6 shipping/handling charge will be applied.
* If, after 1 year since purchase, your ring gets damaged, we will replace the ring for FREE but you will be charged a small $6 shipping/handling charge will be applied.
* If you order a Groove Ring and need to exchange for a size up or down, you have one month since purchase to exchange for the correct size and we'll get you taken care of. Size exchanges will not be processed after a one-month window.
* If you decide blue is the new black and would like to exchange your Groove Ring within the first two weeks of receiving your ring, we will gladly exchange it for you. A $6 shipping/handling charge will be applied. Color exchanges will not be processed after a two-week window.
* If you lose your Groove Ring we would love to replace it with a brand, spankin' new one. A $6 for shipping/handling charge will be applied.
* If you purchased a Groove Ring from any retailers other than the Groove Life website and your ring gets damaged, lost or you want to exchange it please send us your damaged ring and proof of purchase and we'll ship you a replacement ring. A $6 shipping/handling charge will be applied.
* The same amazing warranty applies to Groove Rings that are engraved/customized. If your custom engraved ring breaks or tears, we are happy to replace the same color and style ring plus a $10 engraving fee. If you lose your custom engraved ring, a $10 engraving fee + a $6 shipping/handling charge will be applied ($16 total fee). All custom ring purchases are FINAL.

* If your Groove Gear is the wrong size, we'll gladly swap it out for a better fit within 30 days! Unfortunately we can't exchange for color.
* If your Groove Gear is torn, stretched, or shrinks within a year, you can exchange it for FREE.
* If after a year your Groove Gear is torn, stretched, or shrinks, we'll send you a new one for just a $10 replacement fee (plus $3.99 shipping/handling).
* If your Groove Gear gets lost at any point, we'll gladly get you a new one for a $10 replacement fee (plus $3.99 shipping/handling).
* If you're unhappy with your Groove Gear for any reason and would rather not do an exchange, we can offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
