    Customer Service

    I purchased a Tracer wallet and love it. I had a battery issue with it not connecting to find my on my iPhone. Customer service was quick to respond and replace my battery with a few days. The new battery connected immediately and everything works great. This is absolutely the best wallet when comes to design, size, and functionality!

    I hope this one lasts

    In the description for the wallet, these Trace cards are supposed to last two years. They are only warranted for 120 days. Mine gave out at seven months. I have a new card and I hope this one lasts longer than seven months. Otherwise, I love my wallet and the trace as it makes finding my wallet faster when I’m in a hurry to get out the door. Where did I leave that thing? Oh yeah! Just ask Siri! Where’s my wallet? The beeping continues and here it is in my pocket the whole time. The pocket I never use. Lol!
