I love the look of this ring but after a few months it became stiff. There was no flexibility to it anymore. Previously, I owned a "solid" ring and had that for about 4 years with no issues other than it stretching a bit.

Did you know you can develop a gold ring allergy after wearing it for many years? I didn't... until it happened to me. I do like to have a band on my finger so I searched for alternatives. Enter the Groove Life ring. As others have said, it mostly can't be felt at all. Good for any activity. I've had no irritation so far with swimming, applying lotion with it on, exercising/sweating, etc. It looks good, though as GL states in other reviews the colors/patterns are enhanced on the screen for clarity; it doesn't look EXACTLY as bright and crisp in real life as it does on the website.
I can't speak to it's longevity, as I've only had it about 2 weeks so far. I do not expect any silicone/silicone composite ring to become a family heirloom. I like their lifetime warranty so whenever it happens to tear or stretch out they will replace it (as long as they are still in business).
