I lost my wedding band, which was white gold, and wanted to get a silicone ring as a stand-in until I got an actual white gold replacement. I'm also pretty active in a lot of situations when I don't want to be wearing any metal rings at all (whitewater canoeing, using power tools, etc).

I thought Groove Life's printed options were so cute and chose this one. In fact, I liked the way it looked with my engagement ring so much that it did become my regular ring, which I wore all the time! It was only when I went to take it off after several months that I realized how severely it had shrank. It was *really* hard to remove. After looking up the issue online, I learned that Groove Life's printed rings are not made of silicone but a type of polymer, and that this material does shrink over time. Groove Life does list the material in the description, but I did not know that that was an effect this material has.

Groove Life was absolutely terrific about resolving this. First of all, exchanging the ring was easy and straightforward. Second, I made a mistake about the color of the replacement I ordered, and they sent the correct color, even though it was my mistake, and they suggested I keep the "mistake" ring too (I've reviewed them both too - the pearl gray and the pearl jade rings, both thin).

I do want to say that even though this ring shrank and hardened, it still looks great - the print still looks crisp and the colors have not faded. It actually fits my pinkie instead of my ring…
