How do I join?

Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes, members are charged a yearly fee of $49 USD for access to the membership program. Your membership will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel it. You can stop the auto-renewal of your membership at any time by accessing your account portal or reaching out to our customer support team at [email protected]. There are no termination fees or concealed charges associated with cancellation, but please be aware that all membership purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Do I need to have an account to use a membership?

Yes. Upon signing up, you will be guided to create an account, if you don't already have one. This account is your gateway to accessing your store credit, referral links, and managing your membership.

Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?

The special member discounts and free shipping benefits are accessible solely on our website, with free shipping valid only in the US. Unfortunately, these advantages cannot be utilized on Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Amazon.

How is the membership different from the current rewards program?

Membership is a paid experience that provides deeper experiences with our brand than our current rewards program. Rewards are free to join but don’t unlock as unique of an experience as the membership program.

Your benefits are linked to the email address you used to purchase your membership, so you need to use that same email to access your benefits.

How do I access my free shipping benefit?

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no code is needed.

How do I take advantage of my early access to sales and launches?

You’ll be emailed separately from the rest of our customers to ensure you’re the first to know about any major sales and new product drops. There’s nothing you need to do to access this benefit other than opening any emails from us.
