**Eligibility**: The GrooveLife Belt Ultra Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of GrooveLife, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

**Sweepstakes Period**: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on March 2, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 31, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

**How to Enter**: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [Groovelife.com/ultra](https://groovelife.com/ultra) and follow the instructions to submit your email address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

**Prizes**: Ten (10) Groove Belt Ultras will be awarded each day during the Sweepstakes Period (a total of 300 prizes). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $39.95. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.

**Winner Selection**: Winners will be selected daily in a random drawing from all eligible entries received the previous day. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

**Winner Notification**: Potential winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the daily entry period and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

**General Conditions**: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

**Release**: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.

**Privacy**: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the GrooveLife website.

**Winner List**: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: GrooveLife Belt Ultra Sweepstakes Winners, 1220 School St. Spring Hill, TN 37174. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
