I am on my second ring, and over time, it shrinks and hardens. I do think customer service and the warranty are great, they replaced my first one, but the same problem happened again. I believe it is hydrodipped and that overtime it will cause this to happen. Unfortunate because I love the colors of it, but once it hardens, it is quite uncomfortable to wear.
