this belt is next to impossible to adjust. if you want to adjust the belt you will need a screwdriver to get under the adjustment strap and a pair of needle nose pliers to pull on the belt to adjust it. unless you want to spend a lot of time and carry the screwdriver and pliers with you good luck. $65 bucks down the drain.,
